Quinta do Lago – North Golf Course

Layout:

The new layout has been built to the highest specification with an investment of 9 million Euros. All the tees, greens, bunkers, irrigation, drainage systems, and cart paths have been re-built using innovative technology. Players will have the choice of choosing from four tees on each hole which means accommodating players of all levels. One hole that stands out and you will always remember playing is the 372 metre par four 12th, the hole doglegs around a large lake making for a tense tee shot and tricky shot into the green.

Hazards:

This course will provide a test to even the most seasoned of golfers. Strategically placed bunkers will require accuracy to avoid, so focus on precision when taking each swing. Though not as much as the South Course, there are a number of water hazards providing a challenge, so avoid errant shots and strategize when approaching the greens.

Clubhouse Features:

Sharing a club house with the South Course and Laranjal Course, this club house overlooks the South course and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. After a satisfying round, golfers can enjoy a drink at the bar or a bite to eat in the restaurant. Additionally, there is a well-stocked pro shop and modern locker rooms. Relaxing here, post-round, will be an excellent way to finish the day at your next Algarve golf break.
