Terms & Conditions
By participating in our October Giveaway, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase.
Eligibility to Enter
The giveaway is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older. The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize that may be awarded to you.
The Prize
The winning prize is a 2 night golf holiday at the 5-star SO/Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort in Costa del Sol for two people and a Calvin Klein golf clothing bundle for two people each worth £100. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

How to Redeem the Prizes
To redeem the golf holiday, please contact Golf Escapes at info@golf-escapes.com or call our travel specialists at 01342 811777.
To redeem the Calvin Klein bundle, please head over to the Golfbase website www.golfbase.co.uk and make an online purchase using the codes provided at the time of winning. These codes will make your purchase £0. For further information, please contact Golfbase at info@golfbase.co.uk or call

Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided after the giveaway has ended.
The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes will make one attempt to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the email they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Limitation of Liability
The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase for the purposes of administering the competition, marketing communications, and other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
The winner’s first name will be announced on The Sport & Travel Group – Golf Escapes and Golfbase social media channels.
